Returns & Refunds

The Lions Shop Refund Policy is based on the Queensland and Australian Fair Trading Act.

Due to COVID-19 safety requirements, all products must be returned in original packaging with tags intact. Products not returned in original packaging or with tags will be sent back at the customers expense.

Goods must be exchanged/returned within a reasonable time frame.

*Please note no exchange or refund on mystery box purchases.

What if I change my mind about a purchase or have purchased the wrong size?

Change of mind purchases will be offered an exchange, store credit, or a refund. Store credit will be valid for 3 years. Online returns and exchanges will be at the customers expense. Unfortunately, products that have been worn, had the tags removed or have been personalised are unable to be returned (excluding faulty items or major problems).

What is a reasonable time frame to return goods?

Returns are to be requested within 60 days of purchase. Anything outside this timeframe is subject to discretion by the Lions Shop.

What is a faulty item or major problem?

This is when the item:

  • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
  • is unsafe
  • is significantly different from the sample or description
  • doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt
