How do I redeem my 10% Member discount?
If this is your first time making a purchase with your membership discount, you need a Lions Shop Account and link it to your Brisbane Lions myLions Membership account details. To do this, create an account with the Lions Shop that has the same email address that you use to sign in to your membership. Please note, a myLions account does not automatically set up a Lions Shop account, nor does your myLions password work to sign into the Lions Shop unless you have made the two accounts accessible with the same password.
Member Lions Shop Vouchers
Selected membership types are eligible to receive a $20 Lions Shop gift voucher as part of their membership. These gift voucher codes will be sent with your confirmation email. To use your gift voucher online, please enter the gift code number during checkout. If you haven't received your voucher code you can access it here or please contact us here.
Voucher codes will be issued per-account. For example, if your membership account holds 4 eligible memberships, an $80 voucher will be issued.
Vouchers for the Season are valid until 31 October. Please note, vouchers can be used towards any product at the Lions Shop.
Member Exclusive Item Redemptions
Once correctly signed in, you will be able to see a category header labelled Member Exclusives. This will give you access to the exclusive member caps, scarves, polo shirts and other items.
I do not know my password for my myLions account. What can I do?
If you do not know your myLions (membership) password, you can reset your member password via your myLions site here:
- In the top right hand corner click ‘Sign In’
- Enter the email address associated with your membership and then click ‘Next’
- This will bring up the ‘Forgot Password’ option
If you do not receive an email it might mean that we have the wrong email address registered for your membership. To enquire about this please contact the membership team on (07) 3335 1777.
I have set up my Lions Shop account, but it is not recognising me as a member (i.e. 'Fail email' or 'Fail password' error message). What should I do?
Please check that your email address is correct. If you have recently updated your email in your membership account you will need to update your account with the Lions Shop to reflect these changes.
To re-enter your details follow the below steps:
- Sign into your Lions Shop account by clicking SIGN IN the top right hand corner of shop.lions.com.au
- Click Account
- Click Account Settings
- Re-enter your email address linked to your club membership account
- Click 'Update Details' and log out of your account
- Log back into your account to see the discount automatically applied on eligible products.
